To some they might seem like an unlikely pair. However, mindfulness and creativity both require a balanced focus that is not too harsh and yet still strong. Skills from mindfulness can transfer to creativity and vice versa.
In this workshop we explore the crossover between mindfulness and creativity. Using movement, meditation and improvisational theater exercises participants practice both focus and flow.
Goals:
Discovering the crossover between mindfulness & creativity
Reconnecting with our inner creative energy
Practicing transfering skills in both domains
Experiencing (group) flow and creativity
It was very interactive and personal, I enjoyed trying new types of things that I would have never tried on my own!
