Courage & the Comfort Zone

People love the Comfort Zone. It’s where we feel safe and at ease. However, if we want to develop, create and come up with new ideas, we must step outside. Research has shown that experiencing “optimal anxiety” enhances performance. Taking these steps outside the Comfort Zone will increase your self-confidence, creativity and life-satisfaction.

In this workshop I use improvisational theatre exercises to visualize and practice stepping outside your Comfort Zone. Together we forge the path so stepping outside will become your new habit!
